• Study of patrimonial and tax issues related to a possible transformation, whatever option and the status adopted for the transformation of AMCs ;
• Study of the possibilities and potential for widening the field of activities of AMCs under the current legislation governing microcredit ;
• Legal and tax study of the target structure that is recommended ;
• Participation in drafting a proposal for possible modification of the current legislation governing the microcredit or of new legislation, if necessary ;
• Participation in the preparation of the action plan and TOR relating to technical assistance for revisions to the legal framework.

• At least 5 years of working experience, evidenced by references ;
• Advanced degree (J.D., Master’s or equivalent) in private law (civil, business, employment etc.) ;
• In-depth knowledge of the financial sector and microfinance internationally and in Morocco ;
• Fluency in French (reporting) and English ; Arabic is an asset.
